Spicy Crackers

1 box saltine crackers(the cheap ones are fine)
1 cup canola oil
1 package dry Ranch Dressing Mix
2 TBSP Crushed Red Pepper

Open the crackers and put them a gallon size Bag
Mix other ingredients
Pour over crackers.

Let this marinate for at least two hours. I usually let them sit over night. Just turn the bag so that all the crackers get covered.

This is so easy and they are GREAT!

I used 2 bags of oyster crackers instead of the box of saltines. Worked perfect and tasted great. They were a hit at the office lunch.

Spicy Crackers, August 28, 2007 - 11:41 AM

I've had this recipe for a while (from a local restaurant). Everyone I've ever served these to, loved them and raved over them. Someone ALWAYS wants the recipe. They look like they have been baked and slaved over. I have added Tony's Seasoning, Dill and other variations over the years and it all tastes good. Once you make these crackers, you will want to keep them on hand all the time. Great also if crushed over a salad.
