Smoked Salmon Appetizer
French bread slices creme fraiche smoked salmon dill lemon wedges
Spread the bread pieces (any size you want really) thickly with creme fraiche. Lay a piece of salmon on top, and sprinkle with the dill. Serve with the mini lemon wedges for use just before munching.
