Garlic Bread

1 loaf French bread
1 head (bulb) garlic, separated into cloves
olive oil

Drizzle olive oil on the cloves (no need to peel them) and bake at
300 deg for one hour or so, until the cloves are softened. Slice
the bread and toast it lightly. Squeeze the garlic onto the bread,
spread it out with a knife, and sprinkle a little more olive oil
on it.
