Print this Recipe    Chicken and corn vol au vonts

30g Margarine
1 1/2 T flour
1 chicken stock cube )
1/4 cup milk ) Combine
1/3 cup creamed corn
1 sprig parsley, chopped

15g margarine
400g chicken breast fillet
1 onion

Vol Au vont cases (4 large or 12 mini)

100g grated cheese

Preheat oven 180degrees C

1. Melt margarine, add flour, stir until smooth, remove from heat.
2. Add Combined chicken stock and milk gradually. Return to hotplate, stir until boiling, simmer for 1 minute.
3.Add creamed corn and parsley.
4. Chop onion and chop chicken into cubes.
5. Melt margarine in a fry pan or skillet, add onion and chicken, cook well until golden brown.
6. Combine chicken and sauce. Mix well.
7. Places Vol Au vont cases on an oven tray, spoon chicken mixture into each case and top with cheese. place in oven until cheese browns.
